EVO to EVO Fring video calling help?

Sorry, I have done some searches, but I can't seem to find this answer. I want to do an EVO to EVO call using Fring and have video while on the call. I have read about the Swype issue and Fring but I thought I read you could do an EVO to EVO Fring video call using just Fring. However, on the test call I have a choice of the video button, but when I try and call my daughter who is set up, I don't get a video button to hit like on the test call, just the phone call button? Is what I want to do possible, and if so how? Thanks.

okay let me help u out here open fringe and go to contacts hit menu button on phone the hit add friends type in your daughters fringe account name then hit add tell your daughter to do the same once it is in there go to that name and the blue button for video call will be there.

Sorry man i did not know about this i haven't use fring in awhile that's why i hate apple and everything they stand for if its evo to evo i guess just use Qik man sorry :-(

AND QIK is not working!!!

Just tried today and we get audio on one side only. Wife is going for ultrasound, guess I should tell Sprint to get me a couple of iPhones so we can video chat like they do on iPhone.
