Why is Evo saying "hi" to an iPad? Shouldn't it be saying "hi" to an iPhone?

Funny what you can do with the user-agent request attribute :)

I think what the ad is saying is that the Evo perfectly complements the iPad. The iPad best selling point is it's portability, and what can be the perfect partner? The Evo with it's wifi hotspot capability. Now your iPad is not limited by immobile hotspots, but the hotspot goes with you with the Evo. :)

I'm so tempted to get an iPad, it's really a beautifully executed device. What I can't get past is that I will have to use separate app stores for each device and therefore separate purchases (of apps that are not free of course) for each device. If I had an Android tablet I believe I could purchase an app and install it on as many devices as I like, is that correct thinking?

I am currently using my EVO hotspot for my iPad to post this while in a car going 80. Don't worry I am not driving.

To me just another reason it feels like such a precision instrument.
