evo user with the same grounding issue as the incredible, has htc addressed it?

just picked up an evo and saw that the evo has the same grounding issue as the incredible. just wondering if HTC has addressed the problem. i'm weighing my options of keeping the phone in hopes that HTC will replace the phone in the future or if it's a "just deal with it" problem.

my main concern is using it with my car mount that's yet to come in, so if anyone can chime in on that that'd be great

i put it in the incredible forum because the incredible has been out longer than the evo which i hoped would've gave htc more time to address the problem...
