Last Monday, my 15 month old Note died. Wouldn't switch on, or charge, despite swapping batteries. Called Samsung Monday evening (a standard landline number NOT a premium or higher rate number). The sent out a postage paid envelope. I sent the phone back and it was repaired under warranty and back in my hands by lunchtime the following Monday. No fuss, no cost. I was very impressed and very glad to have my phone back.
