Exchange Activesync - Calendar Reminders

I've set up Exchange Activesync on my Evo, and the calendar seems to sync fine. However, I'm not getting any reminders in my status bar even though they are enabled on the calendar settings.

Further, if I go into an appointment that has a reminder set on it, I get the following message:

Delete
Are you sure you want to delete this reminder?

If I hit cancel and then back out of the event, it seems to re-save the calendar event, but I still don't get any reminders.

Any help at all?? Thanks!

Nevermind - I gave up on stock Exchange Activesync and built-in calendar and went with TouchDown (NitroDesk)

just to post, i have not encountered your issue yet(!). i see the items in the calendar and i get notified (i have reminder set 30 mins prior). EAS 2003 SP2 on stock htc mail app.

Touchdown is a fantastic app. i had it on the hero last year. one thing i did not like about TD was that it kept the phone awake nearly 100%. i spoke with the dev about it over a few emails and he was made aware of it. perhaps now in the later Android OS versions its better... but that was the only thing i did not like about it. the UI and bullet proof security of TD make it a great app otherwise...
