I am trying to set up an exchange E-mail account on my ZTE Warp from Boost but I can not get it to work. I have had our computer people check my account at work to make sure it is set up correctly on their end and I have been able to set up an exchange account on one of my friends (AT&T) phones just to make sure I have the right information. So I know I have the correct settings just can't make it work on this phone. Has anyone else experienced this problem? What did you do to correct the problem?

    Thanks

I used the info within the online manual, pg 57. Went off without a hitch.

Not that you haven't already but I might suggest double-checking your config again.

Thanks for the welcome. I just have to ask, are you also on the boost network? I have tried all of the settings and suggestions that work provides me with on my warp and on my wife's prevail and it won't work on either phone. I am starting to think that exchange isn't enabled on my warp even though it is an option under E-mail.

Sorry it took so long to get back to this.

I was looking for a graphical way to show the interface and how/where the pertinent parameters get entered. Where you don't know me and likewise I don't know you, discussing your company's server settings, your log-in info, and any possible errors out in public or private via PM opens up a possible can of worms.

Take a look at the below page and if you still have a problem I'd suggest bribing one of the IT folks to sit down with you (edit: with them physically) over the phone and let them see what might be at fault. I can easily see that as a more viable option than calling Boost's Support number and dealing with the language barrier Boost choose to erect when choosing off-shore Customer Support

    Found a great one at:

    Oh!

At step 3 choose Manual Setup. Otherwise the app will attempt to set/self-configure the options itself which may or may not be correct.
