I have a Virgin Mobile Kyocera Event Smartphone . I have the problem with the Microsoft Exchange Email service I can not seem to add an account to the Incoming service setting. Everytime I add my live.com and My school email address I get the response like Couldn't finish Incorrect username or password or need help please contact service administrator or Email provider. I can add an account to the Microsoft Exchange Email service
