I have recently purchased an unlucked Mytouch from a supplier in the States. Phone has gone dead on me and will not power on. I have tried new battery, new charging cable, hard and soft reset, all with no luck. I have contacted TMobile for help and they tell me that they will not do an exchange because I do not have a TMobile account, they suggested I contact HTC for help. HTC will not do anything because of the contract they have with TMobile. The store I bought it from is insisting that it is under warranty from TMobile and won't replace! Can anyone help me out with this or point me in the right direction? I am even willing to get it repaired at my cost if needed!
