So i have my eris on 2.1 leak 3. Assuming its the final ota or even if its not and i update to ota 2.1 and my phone still has the loss of audio bug. Can i get a new eris no questions asked at a verizon store? My only concern is i have page plus celluar. Although it still uses verizons network, i dont know if that will be an issue?

You have no warranty as far as Verizon are concerned, since you have no contract with them, or your contract ended and you went with P+
