Pretty excited I have a Class 10 64gig micro sd card coming in today for my tablet. What I have read online a quick format makes its compatible with the Galaxy Tab 2. I guess I will find out today if that's true worse case if its not I have a 64gig USB drive lol.

Just a heads up It does work I formatted it using my computer and EaseUS Partition Master 9.1.1 Home Edition. I set it as Fat 32 (which is what the old card was formatted as) popped it in and bingo up and running.

Yeah I just ordered a Sandisk 32 GB Cl-10 card from Amazon. I need the extra space to transfer most of my apps over to it.

I am using mine for storing multi media files. I had the 32gig and it was getting full fast so I splurged for the 64gig.

Too much for me, but glad it works. I hear you about the 32 GB it fills up fast.

I've never formatted any type of card prior to use. Just pop it in and go.

Only if you're storing a bunch of media on it (vids/music/movies & pics).

There is always the option to use multiple 32GB SD cards or buy the $20 USB adaptor from Samsung and use USB memory sticks.

I looked at one of them adapters and I keep reading the same thing over and over. It made people nervous because it plugs into the charging port and was so ridge. People where worried one jolt, drop, bump, etc would end up breaking the adapter off leaving the device in ruins.
