Experience with CompanionLink, gSyncit?

I am a Blackberry Storm 2 user who is considering switching to a Droid X or Droid Incredible, and must sync contacts, calendar, notes and tasks with Outlook. All previous posts give mixed grades to CompanionLink and gSyncit regarding ability to flawlessly and reliabilby sync with Outlook. Has anyone used one of these applications realibily over a long period of time and experienced no problems with the sync capabiltiy?

I hope you get an answer. I' m holding off on an android until I can find a way to do direct sync with my desktop. I just don't feel comfortable with Google.

I just stumbled across a website that lists a lot of the syncing software available for the droid. It is syncdroid.net.

Because there was nothing else worth having.

I too miss the easy ability to sync with Outlook calendar, notes, and tasks that I had with Windows Mobile.
Google should learn to play nice with others.

its not google, its ms. google would have to license activesync to do this, and then cahrge for thier os

and from what i have read wp7 wont sync with outlook reliably either

I thought it comes on HTC devices, HTC sync.

its called htc sync, its on thier website, plug in your device and go to downloads
