Hi....I looked around for this and saw some things that might be relevant involving an Eris, but that's an old thread and I have a HTC Sensation.

I'm sure it's come up, so apologies in advance..

Could someone tell me how to explore the files on my SD Card from my computer while the phone is hooked to the computer with a sync/charge cord. On my old Treo, I used to use Card Export to do that. There must be something similar.... Thanks in advance.

You can use the Windows Explorer at your PC.
At your phone at Settings, set the USB connecting type to 'Drive' and then connect your phone via USB cable to your PC.
Now you can explore the phone's SD card with the Windows Explorer like an USB stick :)

But when you finished, don't forget to dismount on your PC the phone's SD card, like the same you would do with an USB stick ;)
