Facebook APP Download problem

Everything I try to download my facebook app on my s4 a message pops up error 24

1) Look for the app folder. If there are remnants of an older install, the new install won't install over it, so delete the folder.

2) Go to the Playstore and Play services apps in app management and clear the data and the cache. Restart the phone.
