Facebook App Issues

Recently switched to a Samsung Galaxy Precedent from a crappy LG phone. The phone itself seems to function correctly. My problem is with the Facebook app. It will log me in, but it will not sync any of my information. So, I cannot see my wall, friends, pictures, etc. I usually get a facebook authentication failure message. But most recently, it says it succeeded. Now it says that 102/the session has been invalidated because the user has changed the password. Please help. This is very irritating. My husband and a friend both have the same phone, but have not had this problem.
