Facebook contact pictures are too small. What is the solution.

It's pretty cool that Facebook automatically downloads pictures. That way I can just go through the 1 or 2 people that I want a special or different picture of and attach it to the contact myself.

But the pictures are obviously small and grainy. What is the workaround for that? Just manually attaching different pictures to all contacts?

Also, is there an option to make the contact photos show full screen upon an incoming call? I know this one has been asked before, but all the posts I found on the subject were years old.
