First, i want to say that i was actually excited for this app. i wanted to have something better than having to go to the web-browser to check my status updates., but unfortunately i was disappointed in what i was dealt with.

    - Great UI, it looks very nice and makes you want to stay a while just by how clean it looks!
    - Smartly Integrates your facebook contacts to your phone contacts and keeps you up-to-date.
    - Makes it very simple to upload new pictures to you profile
    - fairly quick
    - Notifications popping up on your taskbar

    - The age old issue with News/Live Feeds. This app only allows for News feed, so what you see is not always the same as what you should see. I'm not entirely sure how it works, but facebook filters out certain content to be displayed in the News feed, and i hate this, i would rather look at what's really going on.
    - The Notifications are extremely disappointing and unforgivable. In my use/experience, this app only gave me about 20% of my notifications, and the rest were simply not shown. This is what happened, i went on the app, i see 2 new notifications, i check them and i am done. I sign on to the computer a minutes later, and i find out that i really had about 7 notifications! Also, messages do not show up as notifications, instead you have to notice a little number next to the "messages" tab.
    - No Facebook Chat, this feature still only remains in the iOS version of this app for some reason.

    Final Thoughts...
Now like i said before, i was extremely hopeful for this app, especially since i use facebook a lot, but i simply did not find what i wanted, or much else for that matter. There is ONE great thing about this app though and i am not entirely sure if it is able to be done without the app since i can't uninstall (i have the EVO 4G and it comes pre-installed) but i really liked that it syncs your facebook contact into your phonebook. This can prove to be a real time save if you switch phones and don't want to re-setup all your contacts again! Other than the contacts thing, i really can't think of any other reason to keep this app though. The crippled notifications, lack of Facebook Chat, and the showing of only News feed are simply too big of features i can not do without. So i am back to going to the mobile website of Facebook (the mobile site, not mobile touch site... simply because the touch site does not allow live feed either) So until they add more features and not have it so gimped, i am going to have to give this a 2.5/5 rating.
