This isn't really your PERSONALITY per-say more so, they have rights to make money off of anything you post on there. So if they made ads, they could use your photos. Pletny of companies do that, and lets not forget them logging every little thing you do. Google does the same, they cache tons of sites without your permission, they just can't profit from it.
