facebook trouble loading news feed msg

Hi..just wany to share my problem and i am seeking help. I am getting an error message- trouble loading newsfeed, everytime i login to the app. After this error message a popup comes up saying "login again". As i click on the popup..my fb app logged out and when try again to login..i get the same error message. Its a cycle and i can't come out of it. I have already re installed facebook atleast 5 times by google play store . Please help..i have been facing this issue for over a week now..m totally upset and hopeless now.

That's a Fb issue and you need to report it to them.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I sure will contact fb for this but i am a new user and require some guidence from you. How do i contact them..because i am unable to open facebook app. Do they have any assigned email address for troubleshooting issues or if they help me through live chat or else they reply me via email just like you did. Please guide.

Have you tried logging in through Facebook from the internet browser?

Hi...thanks for your quick response..i am feeling relaxed now that now i have a group of people with me who are as much concerned with my problem as i am. Thanks to you guys. Yes, i have used internet browser as well to access facebook but its an old version which is very slow and also not very user friendly. If i have to do some setting changes through that old version..please let me know. Thanks.

You can report the problem through the desktop site, or even the mobile Web. Just scan down through settings and find "report a problem" and report your issue.

Thanks for your guidence..i will check that option carefully and report this issue to fb. Just unsure..if they will reply and if they do..will it be on my email??
