Help facing problem in sign in gmail account on my phone

i am using lg optimous only for 4/5 days. i'm facing problems to create google account in my phone, and obviously i cant enter android market.

whenever i tried to sign in my existing gmail account, a massage shows "can't establish a reliable data connection to the server" . plz help me to solve it.
