What make and model cellphone do you have?

There are alternate ways to cause Samsung phones to do a Factory Reset.

IF, this is a Samsung, hold Volume Up, Home Key, and press Power button and hold until you see the phone reset to a new menu that is in the color Blue.

    release the buttons....

now use the Volume up and down keys to select Factory Reset.
    Then press the Power button.

this is only good for Samsung phones.... I do not know anything about other makes/models.

Just keep scrolling down until you see yes. You can also factory reset from the settings>backup & reset menu.

It's cause if the "the process com.android.phone have stopped" bug, the reset from the settings didn't fix it. And scrolling down didn't work, there's only 5 no, when you pass those it just start from the first. I actually press the button like 50 times, just to try your theory, and it didn't work at all. Thanks anyway

Hopefully this is in your language.

    I'm guessing Italian or Portuguese?
