A few days ago I rooted my Droid Incredible.
As recommended, immediately after that I've made nandroid backup.
After a day or two of playing, something went wrong, and I restored from this nandroid backup.
Now I tried to do factory reset.
I tried both methods - via ClearStorage in HBOOT, and also via Settings > SD & Phone storage > Factory Data Reset > Reset phone and internal storage > Erase everything.
No matter what I do, after the phone boots, my customizations (wallpaper, screen layouts, etc) remain - although all installed apps are gone.

How do I REALLY reset the phone, so even my customizations are gone?
Please help!
