I am considering doing a factory reset on my Maxx to try to resolve my bluetooth problems. Does anyone know if there is a part of the internal storage that you can leave intact (like a pretend sdcard/partition) when you reset? I don't want to have to back up and restore all of my photos and other content. My HTC One had an internal sd card (for lack of a better term) that was not affected by a factory reset.

    Thanks!

Nope, sorry. Reset wipes EVERYTHING. Back it up.
