    Hello all,

How does one do a factory reset without having all of the backed up data come back? I am noticing that many of the apps that I used on my Droid do not necessarily work well with the Nexus and I want to do a factory reset to start without any apps.

I have already unchecked the "backup my settings" option under privacy and waited for about 2 hours to let google's servers clear but upon doing a factory wipe, the apps come back.

    Any help would be appreciated...

    Thanks,

    Jim
