factory reset

how can i go back to factory settings...idk what is going on...but I am running Launcher EX...my phone keeps locking up

Each phone is a bit different for the factory reset function so I'd like to suggest seeking help in your phone's area of discussion. Prior to your reset you will want to back up all of your pictures/texts etc for they will be removed during the reset operation.
