Failed Bluetooth Calls in Auto Via Contacts

Hi

I have seen posts about uploading contacts, but the problem I have is different and I wanted to see if someone else has solved this.

We just bought a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and I have a Moto G Android 4.4.2 phone with Republic Wireless. My phone connects fine and synchs the contacts. I can use voice commands to dial someone from my contacts, but then the call immediately fails saying there is an error with the phone. When I use voice commands to dial a number without using contacts, the call goes through without problems.

In summary, I can see my contacts and access them, it is just that the call does not work dialing via the contacts on my phone. Any help out there?
