Help "Failed to download language list" on Samsung Note 5

Hi there,

As mentioned above I have a Samsung Note 5.

The phone seems to be set on English (US) by default and I would like to change the "main language" to English (UK) instead. I would also like to add Swedish as an additional input language. Both English (UK) and Swedish are in the pre set language list, but when choosing either one of them from that list "Failed to download language list" pops up.

I'm getting more and more desperate, anyone who can help?
