My problem is that when i give my 2 years old kid my smartphone, he makes amazing things, and after all i need to restore all settings etc.
Is there a possibility to have android looking app, that looking and moving is like real but when daddy gets back his phone, one push button returns everything in the place? Kid shouldn't have ability to call, send sms or acidentaly return to normal mode.

I think every daddy might pay for an app like this :)

You could always just plunk down some cash on a cheap Chinese tablet. Geeks.com is selling some under $100. Certainly cheaper than getting another phone for the kiddo to play with, although not as cheap as having an app like you describe. :D

I agree with him, it'd be more safe to just get him a tablet. Menards usually has a sale every month or so on Polaroid tablets for mess than $50.

I gave my 7 yr olds each a droid 2 for xmas. My old one after upgrade and another used one I bought. It only works on wifi, but it gets the kids to leave my phone alone. either a cheap tablet, a tablet by leapfrog/whoever or a used phone.

That would be such a neat ap.

Yeah, I agree with the rest here, either get an old smart phone and have wifi only or get the kid a leapfrog. Kids go through phases fast so you probably wouldn't want to get something expensive.
