In June I ported a phone from Family Mobile to MetroPCS. Access to your account is shut off immediately. Pre-paid, yet July 1 they billed me and later in the month threatened to send the claim to a collection agency. Wal-Mart says they just sell the phones... No contact information on the family mobile site. Three phone calls to separate numbers and was told that I must send an email to them. Both emails have been returned "Mail server for "familymobile.com" unreachable for too long" Anybody have problems like ths?
