Yesterday my phone started to go a bit glitchy, then when i next looked at it it'd restarted itself in safe mode, i killed all apps and tried rebooting it and since then all it's come up with if the fast boot screen it tells me to use the volume buttons to go up and down the menu and the power button to choose an option when i press any of those buttons it's completely non responsive.
I know this means I'll probably need to get in touch with T-mobile and get them to send me a new one, but can anyone tell me if there is a possible way around it or if not will all my saved data be lost or still there on the sim/memory card, I'm not too bothered about anything apart from the contact list.
