GO SMS has a folders feature, when you are in pro mode and swipe. You can have a favorites folder there.

Are there any other apps? I don't like to use 3rd party SMS sending app. I love Android default SMS app.

Any app not installed on your phone when you bought is third party LOL. You're looking for a third party app that arranges SMS into folders, but say you don't like 3rd party apps? You my friend, confusing,

Anyway, none that I know of apart from GO SMS has that feature, and if you love Android default, you'll like GO SMS better with all the other neat features, like changing themes, popups when an SMS arrives, split group texts (1 thread for each person, not lumped together), etc.

You mean like extract the text file? You can't.

Your option would be to just install GO SMS and just use that. I really don't see any reason why not to when its better than the stock SMS in all ways and does what you want.
