...could not of using Caulkulins FORMAT ALL (or VR SUPERWIPE) be a reason for this eventhough I factory, cache, dalvic-cache wiped before installing the rom?

not sure why you are getting the fc's, but you can never be to clean. i wipe then use vr superwipe. never had any issues. you can try and go into recovery and in amon ra select "other" then "fix uid mismatches" or in cwm in "advanced" select "fix permissions". it might work or not. it will not hurt anything to try.

Could it be cwm 3.0.xx? Just a thought with the script and edify mess.
What recovery and version of said recovery are you running?

well if it is an edify thing then flashing would cause an error right in recovery. you will not get past the flashing part. since this happened will booted and the rom loaded then there is something else going on. most likely a super wipe is needed. if fixing permissions or uid does not work then try wiping and use vr superwipe like 3-4 times and see.

My thought was 3.0.xx cwm will flash the ROM, but the calkulins zip won't flash because its the old format. Thus flashing the ROM without wiping properly causing the fc issues.
My logic is probably , more likely completely, flawed. :D

nice thought but if there was an issue with calkulin's, it would error right away while trying to flash it. an error message would pop up about something about edify. but yeah if he missed that message then that could be a possibility.

I used to use CW but had to reformat my sd card and so I eventually started using RA. The last Rom I flashed was Virus' 2.3+3.0 B1.3, at first I thought that the fc issue was due to the fact that the rom was still in beta but, I flashed it to my wife's phone and, she's still enjoying the heck out of that rom (2 solid weeks now) while I'm getting fc's. I'll try Caulkulin or Superwipe next time around.
