Support file explorer for onboard memory

    can we view/edit/delete files on the onboard memory from the phone? is there a built in app i am not seeing that does this? i haven't seen this discussed yet.

    just to be more clear, i am talking about the 6.6gig that we are free to do whatever we want with.

    i have astro, but i wasn't sure where or how to look for the internal storage. do you know what the folder is called?

    ok... "emmc" appears to be the onboard storage. in astro press the up button and then you'll see a folder called "emmc"

    I dont see EZ file manager in markets, do you mean efile - file manager

    quick question, where market apps get installed to. Basically where can I find it on es file explorer

    I downloaded a few apps from market but dont see them in /data/apps. I dont even see a /data/app folder. There is actually nothing in /data/

    that's where they go on the droid. must be different on the Inc.

    /data/app is correct but i believe without root you cant see it.

    If you want to back up apps astro can do it.

    Astro File Manager is the best overall app, it have a backup/restore app, allows you to get to the on board memory...
