file on my phone that i did not download

there is a file on my phone that i did not download
It is full of naked pictures and almost wrecked my relationship, how did it get there?

Well, either a malicious person or app did. I would install Lookout or similar and scan for malware. Remove apps you have installed from anywhere other than playstore/samsung ie remove sideloads. Use a file manager such as ESfile manager to search your phone for .jpg files (or whatever type they were) and remove any unwanted ones in private!
