Been using cheap go phones from AT&T for a few years now. I've been with AT&T (then singular) for a long time and had a very good discounted shared plan from my old corporate job so I really didn't want to lose that, but for so long the options were iPhone or Blackberry. Neither was appealing. So I've mostly been content with a phone that calls, but once it became clear that the current tech is more powerful than the PC I went to college with I started looking seriously at the change. And thankfully serious Android options started to come available.
I'm a grad student now and I'm looking forward to being able to be productive while on the bus around campus or while riding a bike at the gym, etc.
