Hi- and here I am...the proud owner of a Droid Charge on a Verizon plan. My old phone showed up on our online account with red letters "Recommend Immediate Update". It was purchased in 2004. S

In playing around with the phone, I have done things that I have no clue how they happened....OR how to fix them - for example, I am getting weather for some town in NY State, and i live in PA!

So, for now, I will just say "Hi" and go read my "Master your device booklet".

Please note: I have sought out this forum before even reading the book ! I know the value of experienced users!

    Welcome to AndroidForums, Hannah!

You've selected an awesome phone in the Droid Charge...you should find it serviceable to you for years to come (maybe not seven years, though, LOL).

Your issue with the weird location might have to do with the GPS. Try turning it on (outside would probably work best) temporarily so that it will re-find your location. This might fix your weather's location.

    Cheers!
