Support finally received a replacement DI but need help

    my screen bulb died so I received a replacement.

    i have to return my old DI in 5 days but I need to completely format it due to privacy issues.

    how do i do this when the screen is completely black? THANKS!

    Might I suggest a nail gun? Not kidding. I have had to send semi dead hard drives into Dell and IBM before. Being very concerned about the sensetive data on them (either medical or school info) I usually put a bullet or three through them before I send them back.
