Like my 10" Thrive. Question is does the micro usb have full host support. The Archos 8" has a full usb and micro and both have full host support. Display is probably better on the Tosh though. Question is how much? If not much, the Archos would seem the better buy- if you want the full usb host options.

I take it your referring to the Archos G9 8". While it looks promising, the Thrive has better resolution, 1280 x 800 vs. 1024 x 768 on the Archos.

Also the Thrive is using the NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual Core Mobile Processor, which sold me....................just waiting for December !

Guess will have to wait for more info on the Thrive, concerning usb host options !

So, did any of you get the Thrive 7? What is your opinion of it?

I'd love to know about saving movies the microSD's and playback.
