General Finding a server for email accounts

    Hello

    when creating an email account to my samsung droid none of the servers given "work." How do i find a server that corresponds with my email accounts?

    Firstly, this is in the wrong place, maybe a mod can move. As for server settings, google them.
    Out of interest, who is your email with? Alternativly use maildroid, an email app that has a decent Auto setup feature.

    Thanks i will try the maildroid app ............... my email accounts are hotmail accounts. I have tried everything with no luck!!

    Incoming (POP3)
    User name = Full Email Addy ( me@hotmail.com )
    Server = pop3.live.com
    Port = 995
    SECURE SSL Ticked

    Outgoing (SMTP)
    Again username = Full email
    Server = smtp.live.com
    Port = 587
    Secure SSL Ticked

    Those are the same settings i currently use with MailDroid
    However should work with Any Mail client.
