I've got a Moto One Power running latest version of Android Q. How can I get fine volume control? Currently the volume level is either too high or too low. Hitting my volume button just once makes it go from too soft to too loud no matter what music app I'm in. I've looked at fine volume control apps but they're all very old and haven't been updated in years. And the fine volume control apps I tried don't work. How can I get fine volume control on my Android? Do I need to root my phone to get this? Any one else have this issue?
Let me know if this post needs to go somewhere else. Thanks,

PS: I thought I resolved it on this thread but turns out the solution didn't work.

Try an EQ app that has a loudness control.

I use this one, as this is an ad-free version.

There are also other nice things like being able to save multiple profiles, bass boost, etc.

I have different profiles set up for two cars, a set of wired speakers, headphones, and two bluetooth speakers.
