Firestick input source problem

Hey people...

Just bought and Amazon firestick and have it in HDMI 1. I have an Xbox in HDMI 2 and a Chromecast in HDMI 3.

With the firestick plugged in, I cannot access the other sources through my TV remote.

If I remove the firestick, I can access the other HDMI ports.

Any ideas?

So this is puzzling.
-- What brand/model TV?
-- Are those HDMI ports in your TV, or in a HDMI hub or other device that's plugged into your TV?
-- Have you tried plugging your three devices into different ports and does the Fire Stick still prevent access to other devices no matter which port it's plugged into, or is it just an issue with port 1?
