Hiya just a question about this.
If you want the most up to date firmware with the newest bug fixes and improvements, do you look for the higher firmware number or the higher changelist number? Or the build date?

The 2nd link has a lower firmware number (BO rather than BP) but it has a higher changelist number. Also wanting a brief explanation of what a changelist is.
