I have tried up update my firmware on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 multiple times. It has gone through the process of downloading the package, says it needs to reboot to do the update but once it starts back up it says it is unable to do it and recommends using Kies to do it or contact Samsung Support. Does anyone have any tips as to how to get the firmware updated doing it on my own or by using Kies withouth having to contact support?
