    Is this Caterpillar's first phone? It looks a bit ugly, might have a slightly faster processor than the Casio COMMANDER. I'm looking for a ruggedized phone that at least runs ICS. Are there other options out there to consider?

    Welcome to AF bro! Check out this thread for a few details about the this phone..
    From what I've read, this phone is extremely rugged and can stand up to quite a bit of damage.

    First, this phone, the B10, does not run Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.x), and second, this is the second phone in Caterpillar's rugged phone line-up (the first being the basic, yet rugged, B25).

    There is a new option, yet a year late for you - the B15. The B15 sports the Jelly Bean (4.1.2) OS, so that part meets your requirement. I don't know how it fairs against the Casio Commander, I haven't looked at those specs.
