First timer on forum

Its great to know that I can chat with others possibility having the same concerns I am. My phone runs so slow It takes anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds for a placed call to connect...dare I be in an emergency situation. My front screen at times, it takes it almost 1 minute to come up after concluding an call...etc. I'm desperate, the phone I liked

so much in February of this year is now a thorn in my side. For monthly charges and what I paid for the phone...I'm very disheartened at this time.

How many apps do you have installed on your phone? Did you install anything just before the phone started running slowly?
