I recently had a problem with my Samsung account on my ICS 4.0.3 i9100, I got a "Processing failure" error message when I tried to access it:
e.g. Menu / Settings / Account and sync / SAMSUNG account / Account information
Turned out the problem was associated with me recently accepting an update to the "Samsung Apps" app
When I opened the app and signed on with my samsung account details I was then able to logon to my Samsung account.
Hope this works for you, I was pulling my hair out for weeks; resetting passwords until it finally clicked that the problem started after the Samsung Apps was updated, I just didn't put 2 and 2 together
