I flashed my first try of a Marshmallow (Android 6.x) ROM at the weekend, and had an issue with Titanium Backup not being able to restore the phone's Android_ID after the ROM flash. A wee search found this thread and thought I'd post the link to the thread here in case anyone else encounters the same issue:

Although the thread suggests TiBu version 7.3.0 has fixed the issue, I have this version of TiBu and it wasn't able to do the restore for me.
But both the terminal method in post 14, and the adb method in post 23 (on win laptop) of the thread worked for me
