I'm wondering if one of my Android updates disabled Flash. I used to be able to use my phone to view Flash content on a particular web site, but as of last month, it didn't work. I don't recall the last time it worked. Probably earlier this year.

Flash for mobile is 11 and is now discontinued, that site may require a more recent version, desktop Flash is now on 15. Probably worth contacting the site's webmaster or devs, tell them you can't view it on your Android or iPhone, and what can they do about it. Like do a non-proprietary/non-Flash version of their site for mobile devices.
