How could any app fix the fact that the hardware has no flash? Am I missing something here?

    Sir,

Thanks for ur replies. I have night mode in my phone. But when i take pictures using that the clarity is very poor. Is there any application for getting finer images like ISO reduction or something.. ?

I think the OP is just as confused, guys. Balaajinr, a telephone is no picture camera. So it's no wonder you get "very poor" images.
If you have no flash on your phone, you have no flash on your phone. End of story. They tried to compensate for that with 'night mode', but as you found out: IRL that's mostly wishful thinking. A.k.a. snake oil.

A 'camera' in your phone can be very convenient for emergencies, like shooting/documenting the situation after a traffic accident for the insurance claims, etc. (At night, without a flash, that will be a problem, though).
But if you want nice photos, use a nice photo camera!

Like my old carpentry teacher taught me half a century ago: never hammer a nail with a screwdriver.
