Root Flash player for JB (slimbean)?

Is there any way to get flash player in slimbean or are there any ROMs (JB) that have built in?

I had experimented with adding it to slim bean 4.1.2 but it has issues with jelly bean roms in general (flash content flickering,video smearing and crashing). And the issue is more to do with flash being unsupported on android and also becoming obsolete as a media platform with html 5 handling most video functions. You can experiment by downloading it from various sites and trying it but I do not think you will find it very useful for anything.
