    What exactly are you trying to play? An app on a website or an swf file?

    Have the same problem. Certain websites e.g. forex charts, give me the message please update to latest version of flash.
    I have the latest version and it automatically undates from android marketplace.
    Be great to find a solution.

    Have you both tried other browsers? Loads to choose from. Opera, Dolphin etc., etc.

    A friend of mine fixed the problem for me in the default browser:

    1. Click the drop-down at the top-right;
    2. Select 'Settings';
    3. Select 'Advanced';
    4. Tap 'Enable plug-ins';
    5. Select 'On demand'.

    Plugs-ins were disabled by default.
